Canadian Union of Postal Workers Strike - for our Canada customers only

Beginning November 15, the Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW) entered a national strike. Canada Post’s operations will be shut down for the duration of a national strike. This may cause significant transit time delays to Canada. 

For parcels to Canada, Delivery to PO Boxes will be unavailable until the Canada Post national strike ends.
Delivery to rural locations will be unavailable via DHL eCommerce. Both UPS and DHL Express will continue to deliver to rural Canada destinations.
If you choose to utilize DHL eCommerce for an impacted destination in Canada, the parcel will be held at the US sorting facility until the Canada Post national strike ends.
